These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Appouse ("Appouse", "we", "us"), the operator of DriveHunt (the "App" or "Service"). Please read them carefully. They cover important topics including your safety while playing, the rules of fair play, the nature of virtual items, and limits on our liability.
By downloading, accessing, or using DriveHunt, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Your use of the App is also subject to the rules of the app store you obtained it from (Apple App Store or Google Play).
You must be at least 13 years old to use DriveHunt. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. Where required by law, accounts for minors require verifiable parental consent and operate with child-safe defaults (no open chat, no free-form trading with strangers, restricted social features). You confirm that the age information you provide is accurate.
You sign in using Sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate anyone or create an account on behalf of someone else without authorization. One person may not maintain multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
DriveHunt sends you into the real world. Stay aware of your surroundings at all times. Your safety and the safety of others is your responsibility.

We provide in-app tools to report and block content and behavior, and we operate moderation with a range of actions up to and including account termination.
DriveHunt processes camera imagery on your device and, by design, redacts faces, pedestrians, license plates, and house numbers on-device before any upload; most captures never leave your phone (see the Privacy Policy). To the extent you submit any content to the Service (for example, a redacted capture you choose to donate, a report, a Crew message, or a profile detail), you grant Appouse a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights to submit it and that it does not violate these Terms or any law. We may remove content and take action against accounts that violate our content standards.
Ride Cards, Credits, Chrome, Parts, cosmetics, and all other in-game items are licensed to you for use within DriveHunt only. They are not your property, have no monetary or cash value, and cannot be redeemed for real money.
DriveHunt is designed so that money buys time, storage, and looks — never power, wins, rarity, or grade. Rarity reflects what you actually encounter in the real world, and Grade reflects your capture skill; neither can be purchased. Race outcomes depend on the cards you have collected and earned, your tuning and loadout choices, and fair matchmaking — never on spending. We enforce fair play through server-authoritative game logic and anti-cheat systems, and we may throttle rewards, restrict features, reverse ill-gotten gains, suspend, or terminate accounts that cheat or abuse the Service.
The App and all of its content — including the DriveHunt name and logo, all Archetype names, artwork, illustrations, lore, stats, sounds, user interface, and software — are owned by Appouse or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the App or its content except as expressly permitted. All rights not granted are reserved.
DriveHunt is original fiction by design. All Archetypes, names, and artwork are invented by us. The App does not display, identify, or reproduce real automotive brand names, logos, badges, model names, or trade dress, and it does not tell you the make or model of any real vehicle. DriveHunt and Appouse are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any real automotive manufacturer, brand, or vehicle owner. Any resemblance of an original Archetype to a real vehicle is coincidental and unintended. If you believe any content infringes your rights, contact us at hello@appouse.com and we will review it.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that defects will be corrected. You are solely responsible for your conduct and safety while using DriveHunt in the real world. We are not responsible for the actions of other players, for third-party services, or for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your movement through physical space while playing. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you; nothing in these Terms limits rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPOUSE AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR VIRTUAL ITEMS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 50. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud).
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Appouse from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms or any law, or your infringement of any third party's rights.
You may stop using the App at any time and may delete your account in-app or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access, remove content, or restrict features if you violate these Terms, cheat, abuse the Service, or create risk or legal exposure for us or other users, or as needed to comply with law. On termination, your license to use the App and any virtual items ends, and unused items or balances may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Türkiye will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide that you may bring proceedings, or benefit from protections, in your local courts. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law applicable where you live. (This governing-law selection is a placeholder pending final corporate structuring and should be confirmed by counsel before launch.)
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and notify you in-app or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App and delete your account.
